FIRST TIME JOINING SUMMER SCHOOL (PART 3 - END)

Hey there!! How's it going, folks? Welcome to part 3 of our journey together, and yes, it's the last leg of our adventure. But hey, no need to get all gloomy about it, we've got some cool stuff to cover!

Let's dive right in and talk about the summer schools. So, during the first week, we had these excellent class lectures led by the OPHI experts. They really took us on a deep dive into the world of multidimensional poverty measurement. We covered everything from the basics to some pretty advanced stuff, and man, did it open our eyes!

Then came the second week, when things got even more enjoyable. We still had a few lectures, but the main focus was on our group project. Now, here's the cool part - we got to decide what we wanted to measure. Some groups went for poverty/deprivation, but my squad? We were all about youth empowerment. It was totally up to us!

Oh, and let's not forget the weekends. On the first, we went on this epic city tour in Jakarta with the other participants and OPHI officers. We hit up Kota Tua and had the most fantastic lunch at this stunning restaurant (I'm kicking myself for forgetting the name!). Seriously, it was a feast for the senses.

And as if that wasn't enough, on the second weekend, after the closing ceremony, we were treated to a dinner with live performances by some talented UI students. Talk about ending things on a high note! What a night to remember.

Oh yeah, I was snapping away like crazy during the whole event! I mean, how could I resist capturing all those extraordinary moments, right? From the class lectures to the city tour and the closing dinner, my phone’s camera was getting a serious workout. Gotta make sure I've got those memories locked and loaded for future reminiscing!

On the other hand, I've got something special for you for all you curious cats out there wondering what I picked up at the OPHI summer school! You can actually snag the online course for FREE. Yeah, you heard me right - zero dollars, folks! It's a self-paced gig hosted by the UNDP and OPHI, so why not take advantage of this sweet opportunity? Just hit up the link and dive right in.

And if you're itching to learn even more about OPHI, head over to their website for all the juicy details. Trust me, it's worth checking out!

As I wrap up my OPHI summer school experience, I can't help but reflect on all the incredible takeaways and inspirations it has given me. First off, the knowledge I gained about multidimensional poverty measurement has truly broadened my perspective and opened my eyes to new possibilities. Learning from experts in the field and collaborating with fellow participants has been nothing short of enlightening.

But beyond the academic insights, the summer school has also left me with a sense of empowerment. Knowing that I now have the tools and understanding to make a real difference in addressing poverty and deprivation is incredibly motivating. It's shown me that even small actions can have a big impact when it comes to creating positive change in the world.

For anyone considering participating in a similar program, my advice is simple: go for it! The experience is not only educational but also deeply enriching on a personal level. You'll come away with a newfound sense of purpose and a network of like-minded individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

And with that, I'll sign off with a huge thank you to OPHI and everyone else involved for this incredible opportunity. Here's to embracing new challenges and continuing to make a difference, one step at a time.
